Goodbye Summer...
Fall is definitely in the air! The temperatures are cooling down, the leaves are starting to change into brilliant shades of red and gold. This time of year is so beautiful, and often a welcome change from the heated days of summer... However, it also means that nasty winter is just around the corner... Sorry for those of you who are snow-lovers,(manda) but the thought of snow, ice scrapers, bundling up (soon to be 3) children and below freezing temps and wind chills just does not thrill me in the least. Oh yes, I could be positive and say how lovely new, fresh snow is, and how the boys love to make snowballs and snowmen. The rumble of snowmobiles and skates scraping across the ice can be joyous sounds for some, but, for me, the merriment is not there. I could handle winter for a month or so, but when it drags on for 4, 5 and sometimes 6 months it gets to be a bit much. After 26 years, I guess I should be used to the routine and should quit complaining. I just hope that fall lasts for a while...like until Christmas! :)

Gunderson Trio!
Noah and Lauren welcomed their new baby brother, Micah James on Friday, Sept. 19. Micah tipped the scales at a whopping 10lbs. (that's right 10!!!) 2 oz. Bravo to Sarah for bringing yet another 10+ lb. Gunderson boy into the world! (without the aid of pain prevention I might add!)
All are doing well and are enjoying the newest addition to the family!Sunday, September 7, 2008
The Belly*

Matt's Mom was in disbelief of his description of how big my belly has gotten in the last few weeks... So, she requested a "belly shot". (Mind you, it is not the best photo, as I have found it can be rather difficult to take a picture of your own pregnant belly.) Anyway, after seeing the proof of my rapidly expanding mid-section, it only confirms a long known fact in our family...WE do NOT make small babies :)

Brady, Brady, Brady...
Was our Daddy Cloned?? Has he shrunk?? Is he aging in reverse?? Looking at this picture of Brady kind of makes you wonder... It's so funny how much they look alike. He's a mini version...right down to "the look".
If you've had the great fortune of spending any amount of time with Brady, you know that he has quite the personality! He is full of interesting information...and we could (and probably should!) write a book filled with all of the "Brady-isms", comments, jokes, and general conversation we hear from him on a daily basis.
His goofy personality brings much laughter as well as frustration to our every day life... He has a natural ability to make you laugh even if you are trying to be serious with him. All it takes is a look or gesture....followed up by his "you know you love me" grin.
First Day of School!!
Today is Caleb's first day of school! He is now a 2nd Grader! It is so hard to believe...as I can vividly remember his very first day of preschool, and thinking to myself that our little boy was growing up sooo fast. Ah yes. How time flies. Before we know it he'll be driving...and graduating...and going off to college!

Still here!
Ok. So obviously I stink at this whole blogging thing... However, I now (thanks to my wonderful and computer talented husband) have an operational computer with picture uploading capabilities...so I guess I no longer have a "decent" excuse for not updating our page more often! I will work on getting some new pics up for those 2 or 3 of you who have visited our page! :)
