Memories in the making...

Saturday was a perfect fall day, so we decided to take a little family adventure down to a pumpkin patch / corn maze south of town. Although this place is more known for its nighttime, haunted version of its attractions, the day time, kid friendly, no scaring version was just right for us. There was a bouncy castle, a mini corn maze, hay ride, a cute baby calf to pet and games to play.

Caleb and I also tried out the 12 acre corn maze which proved to be an excellent source of exercise as it took us about 40 minutes to complete start to finish! We had so much fun and plenty of laughs as we zig-zagged around the corn field! Proud to say, my son has definitely inherited my excellent sense of direction! ;)

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed, yet again, the great perk of Daddy having weekends off! Yay!

Holy Crap! That corn maze is crazy big! I was mad that we couldn't find our way out of the one last year and it was wayyyy smaller! Love the pictures - what a beautiful weekend to enjoy a trip to the farm! :)
